The series Labyrinths is a search into my father’s life. In the last years of his life I tried to write down his life story. He released little about certain periods. I wondered however who he had met and who influenced his life and ultimately my life. After he passed away in 2013, I continued with this series in which the theme was not only focused on my father, but also on myself. After my partner passed away in 2015, I stopped working on this series as I abruptly stopped working for almost a year. The series Labyrinths is also executed on paper.
